About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineering Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) department, you will play a vital role in driving performance across all global sites.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance and Reliability Expert to drive reliability and maintenance optimization initiatives globally. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Reliability Strategies: Conduct RCM studies, create maintenance plans, and drive CBM and PdM implementation projects.
- Own Maintenance and Reliability Strategy: Update equipment Taxonomy, RBM, SOPs, and assist in Root Cause Analysis from global to site level.
- Evaluate Changes and Updates: Ensure documentation and standards are updated and maintained.
- Facilitate Workshops and Training: Collaborate with production sites, quality, and process teams to enhance maintenance recommendations.
- Drive Maintenance Improvement Projects: Assess new equipment designs for reliability and ease of maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field
- Minimum 5 Years of Technical Expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and maintenance engineering principles.
- Proven Experience in reliability engineering and maintenance optimization from pharma, GMP regulated or FMCG industries.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills to work effectively across departments.
