About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Trustpilot A/S. As a Fraud Detection Expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating fraudulent activity on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent behavior
- Develop and implement rules to prevent and detect fraudulent activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve escalated cases
- Partner with data scientists to enhance our technological approaches to identifying fraudulent activity
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve internal tools and databases
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization
About You:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) degree in a field related to Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science or similar industry experience
- Proven experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience writing queries and preparing reports using SQL or equivalent language
- Motivated to pursue self-learning and broaden your competencies when presented with new challenges
