Job Description:

The Financial Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.


Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of invoices to customers
  2. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  3. Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders
  4. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software applications
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining compliance
