Enterprise Architect

Pandora is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and other ERP solutions. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective enterprise architecture management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the ERP solution strategy for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products, including transition roadmaps out of legacy ERP solutions.
- Lead the shaping and execution of ERP co-existence and transition architectures across multiple ERP and SAP solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions, focusing on simplification and standardization.
- Translate business strategy into measurable objectives, steering solution architects, functional experts, and SMEs.
- Establish innovation and continuous improvement measures to ensure a continuous evolving ERP landscape.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices in SAP solutions and processes.
- Liaise with vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the adoption of the latest technology and patterns.
- 15+ years of experience in SAP solutions or other ERPs.
- 15+ years of experience in leading digital transformations with a strong focus on enterprise and ERP architecture.
- Proven track record in defining and implementing co-existence and transition architectures.
- SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience in a lead architect or similar role, preferably with a new SAP customer and/or in a large-scale global rollout.
- Experience leading cross-functional SAP solution architecture teams/individuals.
- Ability to lead by purpose and transport the message of COMPASS to ensure SMEs/Solution Architects perform towards joint targets.
- Cross-functional knowledge of relevant SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, BTP, DMC, etc.
- Soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient spoken and written command of English.
