As a critical component of the company's strategic ambitions, Maersk Air Cargo plays a vital role in offering cargo transport by air for customers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and analysis of aircraft maintenance costs, including KPIs
- Liaising with the Technical Department to understand financial aspects of maintenance
- Reviewing balance sheet accruals and provisions, recommending adjustments as needed
- Analyzing Capex and related items, including depreciations
- Maintenance cost breakdown and reconciliation of inventory
- C-check reporting and engine monitoring
- Managing lessor maintenance reserves and submission of claims
- Cost follow-up and optimization, collaborating with the Financial Business Partner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience working in the aviation industry
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance cost tracking and analysis
- Knowledge of Capex, depreciations, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
