About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Services Manager to join our team at Ascendis Pharma. As a key member of our Global IT team, you will play a crucial role in supporting rapid commercial expansion in Europe and augmenting our in-field sales force with digital marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Execution: Ensure delivery and ongoing operations of digital products and services supporting commercial execution in our European affiliates.
  • Marketing Strategy Alignment: Align on marketing campaign strategy, journey set-up, and defined campaign goals with business stakeholders.
  • Agency Management: Manage outside agencies and partners to track and deliver targeted email and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Web Hosting and Security: Manage web hosting, ensuring the site's reliability, and security, while handling domain registration and DNS configurations. Implement and maintain cookie consent solutions to comply with privacy regulations, working with legal and compliance teams.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Manage analytics and reporting for campaign measurement and interpretation for marketing stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant Academic Degree: Hold a relevant academic degree - minimum a bachelor's degree from IT, Digital, Marketing or something completely different.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience from a related role in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment.
  • Digital Marketing Platforms: Extensive understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM and how they can make a difference for pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Agile Team Experience: Experience in driving the successful delivery of digital products and platforms, including web, email, digitally-enabled personal promotion and mobile applications.
  • Data and Regulations: A broad understanding of relevant data pipes and flows along with respective relevant regulations including GDPR.
