As a leader in our field, we're looking for an experienced Head of Backend to join our team in Copenhagen and lead the modernization of our platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SaaS, .NET / C#, Docker, and modern backend architecture.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 skilled backend developers on-site in Copenhagen. This includes architecting the strategy and backend evolution aligned with business goals, promoting a calm, focused, and learning-driven engineering culture, and driving technical decisions and people development with equal care.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SaaS, .NET / C#, Docker, and modern backend architecture
- Track record of leading developers through growth and transition
- Able to balance long-term thinking with short-term delivery
- Effective communicator with both tech and business folks
