We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Operations Specialist to join our HR Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Vice President and leadership team with a wide range of tasks.

  1. Leadership Meeting Coordination: Prepare, plan, and execute leadership meetings and processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
  2. Budget Management: Drive financial reporting to ensure transparency and facilitate ongoing prioritization and decision-making.
  3. Strategy Implementation: Help translate P&O and DD&IT strategies into tangible projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Operational Effectiveness: Ensure operational effectiveness by continuously optimizing leadership- and cross-organizational processes according to changing needs.

In this role, you will act as a sparring partner to the VP and leadership team, consisting of 10 colleagues in Denmark and India. You will be an active member of the leadership team, interacting with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
