We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to the digital commercial transformation of our clients' businesses. In this role, you will work closely with our consultants, business analysts, architects, developers, and other technology experts to deliver world-class projects that drive growth and profitability for our clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Working independently on specific project deliverables, conducting analysis on large datasets, conducting client interviews to shape business requirements for technology implementations, writing specification documents, performing market research, and contributing to the collective team knowledge base
  • Forging relationships with relevant client stakeholders and developing an open and constructive working relationship with the client team
  • Ensuring the quality of our deliverables by reviewing documents, presentations etc.
  • Contributing to our clients' multi-year transformation programs spanning multiple projects/tracks reporting to C-suite within our clients' organisations
  • Helping maintain high standards for personal and professional conduct and contributing to the development of everyone's skill sets and toolboxes

Requirements

  • Relevant educational degree, preferably within business and/or IT
  • Potential experience from a high-impact consulting environment during your studies
  • Potential exposure to projects within commercial strategy, digital transformation or digital development
  • A highly motivated individual with strong achievements in academic endeavours and extra-curricular activities
  • Attention to details and a level of tenacity that has helped you succeed in challenging situations
