Key accountabilities

• Manage existing product portfolios and develop new ones in line with the Euronext roadmap to achieve business priorities

• Oversee the development of new products and services for Euronext business areas in close cooperation with internal project teams, finance, regulation, surveillance, and other key stakeholders.

• Lead business cases development, seeking a profitable balance between client needs and internal cost control for Euronext products

• Develop business cases and go-to-market strategies for Euronext products, compile and evaluate research on market requirements, and identify enhancements to features and functionality.

• Interface with stakeholders including engineers, designers, sales representatives, marketing teams, suppliers, and customers for Euronext products

• Conduct competitor analysis for Euronext products, functionality, pricing, and market penetration to recommend improvements and enhance Euronext's market position

• Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services, ensuring an accurate understanding of client needs and opportunities to increase market share for Euronext products

• Engage with internal IT and design working groups to develop in-depth technical design and application features for Euronext products

• Ensure the competitiveness of pricing structures, monitor pricing initiatives impact on clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for Euronext products

• Your profile

• Experience in product management, business development, or sales support roles

• Expert knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side, and sell-side landscape

• Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness

• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, combining attention to detail with a wider strategic view

• Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy, and determination to drive projects forward, providing clear business input into functional requirements

• Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach to work

• International business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations
