Financial Services Representative

We're seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team at TD Canada Trust.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice on our banking solutions.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
  2. Determining customer needs and recommending solutions specific to those needs
  3. Responding to and resolving customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities as necessary
  4. Achieving assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner
  5. Connecting personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  2. Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
  4. A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
  5. A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
