About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that sets the framework for capacity management related processes. As a Senior Capacity Partner, you will work closely with Global Supply Chain functions to optimize S/D balancing on tactical and strategic horizons.

You will be responsible for overseeing long and mid-term network capacities, providing transparency on associated assumptions, and actively monitoring production performance. The role requires strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage supply risk portfolios and drive execution of mitigating actions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain, with a thorough understanding of logistical setups within manufacturing companies. They should also have experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive capacity plans to support business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks through proactive analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze production performance data to inform capacity decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
