Are you looking for a challenging role in railway project management? WSP Danmark is seeking a project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing time, finances, staffing, and quality of our railway projects.

We work with major Danish rail infrastructure managers, including Banedanmark, DSB, Metroselskabet & Hovedstadens Letbane, and Odense Letbane. You will have the opportunity to become part of our large global network of professional colleagues within Rail & Transit and work on international projects in the long term.

The team

You will be part of our Railway & Bridges department, which is a diverse team with several different nationalities and backgrounds. The everyday language in the department is a mixture of Danish and English, but all joint meetings are held in English.

Your tasks

As a project manager, you will work with project management on Danish railway projects and international projects in the UK, Nordic countries, etc. You will be overall responsible for deliveries, quality, staffing, and finances on our Danish railway projects. You will also participate in the preparation of offers and sales in Denmark as well as on international projects in collaboration with colleagues.

Motivating your project employees to deliver the best possible quality within the agreed time and economy is key to your success. Your skills and competencies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with project management on infrastructure projects for Danish rail infrastructure managers.
  • Significant experience with project management on infrastructure projects for Banedanmark.
  • Experience with interdisciplinary coordination between different railway disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting and design of railway projects.
  • Professional communication in Danish and English.
  • A structured approach with a focus on quality and financial management.
