About the Role

DFDS A/S is expanding its passenger network, and retail technology plays a crucial role in delivering best-in-class passenger experiences at sea.

The successful candidate will support both existing retail networks across our fleets and new vessels joining the DFDS passenger network.

This position involves collaborating with highly qualified application specialists within the Passenger Tribe to integrate you into the team and provide support in understanding our passenger retail software (LS Retail).

The role requires occasional travel across Europe to implement retail solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include configuration of features such as stock handling, price management, and administration of Electronic Shelf Labels.
  • Deployments and rollouts of LS Retail in new vessels, retail outlets, and restaurants.
  • System upgrades, including LSC.
  • Collaboration and integration with various other systems.
  • Support and administration of LS Retail.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in retail processes and workflows.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role.

A strong understanding of PowerShell and SQL is also necessary.

You will work closely with the Retail Technology team to ensure seamless integration of our retail solutions.
