As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - FSP - Client Dedicated, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical programs that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management
  • Conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
  • Manage procedures and guidelines from different sponsors and/or monitoring environments
  • Act as a site processes specialist, ensuring trial conduct in accordance with approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, and SOPs
  • Ensure audit readiness
  • Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field or a registered nursing certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Well-developed critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Danish/Swedish
  • Good listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to perceive customers' underlying issues
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective social skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable in a wide range of scenarios
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • Good digital literacy - Microsoft Office and ability to learn appropriate software
