About the Role
As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert day-to-day HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, company policies, and collective and local agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and/or improve HR processes and systems
- Act as an advisor on HR policies and practices
