Academy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Academy Manager to join our team at XCI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and commercializing our Academy, driving growth and innovation in the field of cyber security training.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to meet the needs of our customers and align with XCI's objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new training products and services that align with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to innovate new training solutions and optimize existing offerings.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to customers, both online and in-person, ensuring a deep understanding of course content and applications.
• Develop and improve interactive e-learning modules and webinars, working closely with the Content Specialist to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record of complex IT solution training and commercialization. You should have a natural interest in exploring new methods and ideas, and be a strong team player who shares valuable ideas and knowledge with colleagues.

You will have experience with commercialization of training services, stakeholder management, training of complex IT systems, and setting up a training service catalog. Effective communication in English, both in writing and speaking, is essential.
