About the Role

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular training sessions for contractors, and supporting the NNE and NN teams regarding report requests.

This role offers an opportunity to work on some of the largest pharma engineering projects in Denmark, contributing to the company's mission of improving patient care through innovative solutions.

  • Review workforce documentation to ensure compliance prior to mobilizing workers to site.
  • Identify potential errors by stakeholders and notify onsite Compliance Coordinators to enforce corrections before issuing site badges.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for contractors to use access control systems correctly and timely.
  • Support the NNE and NN teams with report requests.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, IT software user experience, and knowledge of ISO standards.
