We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Technical Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal development systems and processes. You will work closely with the production team, QA, and systems engineering to support the development of our games and ensure that our services run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have prior professional infrastructure experience working with backup systems, Perforce, and networking. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify potential issues as we grow are essential. Experience with scripting automation using existing tools and creating new tools when required is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation of internal development systems and processes
• Collaborate with the production team, QA, and systems engineering to support the development of our games
• Communicate with a broad team of game developers and artists
• Help solve technical queries and requests
• Manage Perforce and servers
• Automate systems
• Diagnose issues with interdependencies of various services
Requirements:
• Prior professional infrastructure experience working with backup systems, Perforce, and networking
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify potential issues as we grow
• Experience with scripting automation using existing tools and creating new tools when required
• Strong knowledge of server software development, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring
• Working knowledge of server hardware maintenance
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline for a range of constantly evolving internal tools and systems
• Knowledge of languages such as C#, Python, Bash, Powershell, Docker, and Ansible
