Chief Financial Officer

At Novo Nordisk A/S, we are seeking a Cost Manager to lead our team of cost professionals. As a key member of our API Investment Project Office, you will be responsible for driving cost management across large capex projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cost controlling from large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of the relationship between cost, risk, and schedule in project execution. You will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

In this role, you will create effective systems and processes to drive cost management, foster a collaborative team environment, and provide clear goals and prioritization for team members. You will also organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop employees.
