As a Technical Lead for AP Automation, you will be part of our ambitious global automation program, driving innovation and excellence in industrial data structuring, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, cybersecurity best practices, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing input for procurement
- Handling technical clarifications
- Preparing and participating in FAT, SAT, and commissioning
- Conducting competency mapping
- Developing training plans for automation engineers
- Aligning best practices across AP Automation disciplines
- Managing stakeholders
- Building partnerships with external vendors
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information and Communication Technology, or similar.
Significant experience in industrial automation projects is essential, as well as excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and expertise in SCADA/PLC/MES environments, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, cybersecurity best practices, and tools.
A strong teamwork and leadership background is also required, with a passion for enabling shopfloor value through new, scalable, and sustainable automation technologies.
