We are seeking an ambitious individual to lead our most significant product launch in history, driving the success of iC7-Automation from planning to market adoption.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong organizational and planning skills, with a structured approach to managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. The successful candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying needs.

The primary responsibilities include defining launch scope and objectives, developing and managing the launch plan, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics. The individual will also ensure successful market entry and adoption while securing necessary approvals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of product managers at Danfoss GmbH and contribute to shaping the company's future.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including bonus system, paid vacation, possibility to work remotely, pension plan, personal insurance, communication package, opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups, and state-of-the-art virtual work environment.
