About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Architect to join our team at Amazon. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their cloud computing needs and providing strategic technical guidance to help them achieve their goals.

As a Cloud Support Architect, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and use of AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases. You will work with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that meet customer business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to customers on AWS services and help them plan and build solutions using best practices.
  • Work with customers to identify and address technical challenges and provide proactive support to keep their AWS environments operationally healthy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their business and technical needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with IT operations and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Informational Technology operations or internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
