HSE Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled QHSE Specialist to join our team at Flügger Group A/S. As a key member of our group QHSE function, you will be responsible for driving improvements, ensuring compliance, and helping to shape a culture of safety and sustainability across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have certifications as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as solid experience in quality, safety, and environmental management in manufacturing environments.

• Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management: Developing and implementing effective quality, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential hazards.
• Sustainability and ESG Initiatives: Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation and driving sustainability and ESG initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint.
• Audit and Compliance Management: Leading audits, supplier qualifications, and the handling of claims and non-conformities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Culture Development and Training: Collaborating with teams across countries to promote a behaviour-based HSE culture and supporting and training local QHSE stakeholders and external partners.

• Develop and Implement QHSE Systems: Developing and implementing effective quality, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential hazards.
• Monitor and Report: Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation and reporting on progress towards sustainability and ESG goals.
• Lead Audits and Investigations: Leading audits, supplier qualifications, and the handling of claims and non-conformities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support Culture Development: Collaborating with teams across countries to promote a behaviour-based HSE culture and supporting and training local QHSE stakeholders and external partners.
