A new organization with great opportunities
As a Business Development Analyst at Saint-Gobain Denmark, you will join a newly established business development organization , and will report directly to the Director of Business Development. You will have 15 skilled colleagues, with the majority based in Brøndby, while some are located at sales offices across Denmark.

Business Development is responsible for developing and supporting the business across sales, categories, logistics, procurement, IT, HR, and finance. This is done through work with disciplines such as strategy and transformation, sustainability, procurement, optimization of business processes, project management/PMO, and management of customer and discount agreements.

As a Business Development Analyst, your main goal is to strengthen our analysis of sales, revenue, market development, competitor activities, etc. This will ensure that management and the commercial organization have insight into market development, sales results, and the status of our team's efforts in a form that leads to concrete actions to strengthen results. You will be responsible for identifying potential challenges and analyses, and through work with these, contribute to strengthening our forecasts regarding development and potential.

Specifically, your work tasks will include:

  • Analysis of revenue and profitability across sales channels and market segments
  • Analysis of customer behavior, including basket analysis for both our online store and physical stores
  • Price point analysis
  • Analysis of commercial initiatives
  • Define and set up dashboards for e.g. board meetings and performance reviews across the organization

  • A relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor's level
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of large data sets across data sources and formats.

  • Good written and oral formulation skills in Danish and English
  • Experience in B2B is not a requirement, but a clear advantage
