As our Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Engagement Manager, you will lead efforts that influence our Scope 3 decarbonization ambitions and build meaningful partnerships with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to a healthier planet and society.

The position involves developing and implementing a sustainable procurement strategy, including supplier engagement frameworks, ESG integration, and decarbonization initiatives. You will oversee the development of policies, metrics, and standards for responsible sourcing practices, as well as lead supplier sustainability engagement programs focusing on climate action and environmental performance improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainable procurement strategy aligned with Lundbeck's corporate goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of supplier assessment methodologies, including impact assessments in areas such as human and labor rights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing supplier recognition programs to incentivize sustainability excellence.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with current regulations and actively contribute to readiness on emerging ones.
  • Represent Lundbeck in industry forums and sustainability initiatives.
