Senior Product Lead for Card Payments

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Lead for Card Payments to join our team at Mobilepaygroup. As a key member of our Payments Core area, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for our Card Payments team.
About the Role:- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and drive a product vision and strategy for the Card Payments area, aligning with our overall payment strategy.
- Roadmap and Priorities: Maintain a high-level roadmap and list of priorities, ideas, etc. to ensure that the team builds the right things at the right time and that our solutions are always cost-efficient and provide a world-class experience for our users and merchants.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Be responsible for compliance, regulatory, and payment schemes requirements within your area, including assessment of business consequences, supported by Legal, Risk, and Compliance, as well as mitigation of risks and impact analysis for the payment services.
- Organisational Implementation: Perform organisational implementation to ensure that e.g. our Customer Service and Operation teams are well prepared when adding new features or making changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Have frequent dialogue with our acquirers, the card schemes, banks, data centrals, etc. to create good solutions and partnerships.
- Leadership: Potentially lead projects that go across either the entire Payments & Processing area or across Mobilepaygroup.
You have a background as a Product Manager – preferably within banking or payment services – and you have a deep insight into the card scheme setups. You have a good understanding of the Payment industry/market and thrive on finding and exploring new market opportunities.
You have a natural talent for understanding customers' needs, and together with your colleagues, you ensure we assess solutions and consequences from a 360-degree perspective. As a person, you are truly agile, able to drive important tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Your mindset comes with a good combination of a can-do attitude, which you easily balance with a more pragmatic approach. You are curious and a quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You use innovative technology and data insights to make the best decisions.
You will have many contact points both internally and externally, so it is essential that you have great communication skills and are good at networking and stakeholder management. Collaborating and getting others to work together to create a solid team spirit is crucial.
Excellent written and oral English skills are essential, as we are a multi-location team across countries.
Estimated Salary:The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
