The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, budget, and timeline to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement project plans
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project implementation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or similar discipline; or equivalent skills and experience
- PMP certification, or the motivation to attain PMP certification is required
- At least 5-8 years' project management experience
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Basic AutoCAD Skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English language
- Some knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and/or powder processing
