We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Project Controls and Operations to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust and integrated project controls infrastructure in line with our company's Project Execution Model and industry best practices.
- Provide project management and stakeholders with reliable data and insights to monitor project performance and inform decision-making.
- Drive the continuous improvement of project controls data, indicators, and reporting in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of project controls professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- A master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Several years of experience in project controls, large project management, or finance, with a proven track record of creating high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience working in complex projects, including roles with project management responsibility, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
- Good working skills in English.
Our Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) department is responsible for producing insulin and GLP-1 for patients worldwide. We are expanding our capacity to serve more patients, and our API Investment Project Office (IPO) is supporting the largest construction projects across the API organization.
