Business Growth Strategist North and Central Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to drive business growth and customer excellence across North and Central Europe.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead key initiatives, foster collaboration across countries and functions, and develop essential commercial capabilities.
You will be instrumental in providing the support, tools, and guidance necessary to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the business.
Your key responsibilities will cover:
- Identify growth opportunities across NCE and develop business cases to realize revenue growth.
- Create market entry strategies for new products, set revenue targets, and support product launches.

Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Sales & Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
