Key Accountabilities

The Head of HSEQ for Transport & Water will be accountable for:

  • Maintaining management systems with Group HSEQ and local geographic teams to ensure compliance with international regulations and client requirements.
  • Integrating HSEQ principles into business operations and project management to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSEQ legislation and standards, advising leadership on legal and industry developments.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality risks through proactive measures.
About This Role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, CQI, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in an HSEQ leadership role within Transport, Infrastructure, or consultancy is essential.
