Job Description
The Flight Instructor at CAE is responsible for delivering high-quality flight training to students. This involves conducting ground and flight instruction, as well as reviewing training records and participating in standardization meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform flight training for students, including pre- and post-flight briefings
- Complete training records and grading
- Participate in training reviews and standardization meetings
- Assist with theoretical knowledge instruction as needed
Requirements
- Degree from a specialized trade or technical school
- Profound experience as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner
- Teaching experience in a large, professional flight academy
- Desirable: military aviation background and excellent English skills
- Must hold EASA Part-MED license with first-class privileges, EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A), and other relevant certifications
- Ideal candidate has logged a minimum of 1500 flight hours, including 500 hours of IFR flight experience
