We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at NNE Inc.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our company's digital transformation journey. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in embedding advanced digital tools into our everyday processes, streamlining workflows and improving coordination across projects.
You will work closely with our teams to standardize data streams using tools like Dalux and Revit, ensuring we make the most of the data we collect. Additionally, you will help us explore technologies like 4D/5D modeling, predictive analytics, and AI to enhance safety, optimize planning, and deliver projects more efficiently.
Responsibilities- Ensure the maximization of all digital systems such as Dalux.
- Research potential new digital tools via attending AEC seminars.
- Implement tools like Revit and Navisworks to optimize construction workflows and enhance project coordination.
- Explore AI technologies to automate processes, improve predictive maintenance, and enhance safety.
- Utilize 4D/5D modeling tools to visualize project timelines and simulate construction sequences for better planning and coordination.
- Help NNE work towards a true digital twin.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key indicators.
- Apply data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, improving project safety, efficiency, and delivery.
- A relevant degree in architectural technology, construction management, BEng Engineering (Architectural/Civil/Computer Science Engineering) or other related fields.
- Min. 3 years of experience working with digital transformation, IT project management, or a related field.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to guide decision-making and track progress.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, and digital platforms to enhance new workflows.
- Experience from industries within construction or site management is beneficial.
- Skilled with project management tools like DALUX, Revit, Navisworks, Power BI, and ACC, with an interest in 4D/5D modeling and predictive analytics.
- Fluency in English.
- An estimated salary of $90,000 per annum.
