Key Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with the following credentials:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with Product Owner/Manager certifications).
- Over 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager capacity.
- Familiarity with core IT infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), along with modern technologies like Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into features and technical deliverables for your product team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (including Scrum, Kanban, and prioritization techniques).
As an individual, you are passionate about delivering high-quality services and naturally take on a leadership role, staying ahead of industry trends while being curious about new services and technologies. You can articulate a clear vision and purpose across all organizational levels, driven by a desire to optimize processes and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
In your capacity as a Product Owner within the Core Infrastructure Services team, you will spearhead the strategy for our core identity products. This is an exciting time as we transition many services like AD, PKI, and DNS from external vendors, providing a unique opportunity to lead this initiative while focusing on delivering high-quality, stable services for our users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the vision, mission, strategy, product roadmaps, and development.
- Facilitating the planning of insourcing activities from external vendors.
- Overseeing operational stability for AD, PKI, and DNS in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Managing budget planning and accountability for the products within the team.
- Ensuring effective stakeholder management at all levels, including with external vendors.
- Supporting strategic workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding in collaboration with the People Leader.
Department Overview
You will be part of a global product team within Core Infrastructure Services, which is part of Global IT Operations. The team comprises highly skilled professionals responsible for cloud architecture, Identity Access Management, and infrastructure monitoring, fostering a culture of learning while delivering quality outcomes.
