Critical Facility Manager for Data Infrastructure

Critical Facility Managers are essential to the success of our data centers. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our contracted data center, ensuring seamless service delivery and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Data Center Maintenance Management: Cross-functionally manage our data center maintenance services on-site, adhering to contractual obligations and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintenance Strategy Alignment: Monitor maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives, particularly in terms of business continuity.
- Process Implementation: Implement standardized processes and procedures for data center SLAs across sites/accounts, compliant with legislation and industry best practices.
- Team Competence and Succession Planning: Ensure your site is staffed by fully competent teams, with effective succession planning arrangements in place.
- Health and Safety: Provide healthy and safe working conditions, ensuring both clients and company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both teams' services and subcontractors' activities.
- Statutory Commitments: Ensure appropriate control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
- Customer Focus: Maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and deliver customer-focused operational activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in senior or executive management, including responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth. Experience in critical environments/data centers, M&E, facilities management, projects, or building services is essential.
Benefits and Requirements- Salary: Estimated €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
