Tenure Track Professor of Protein Biochemistry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenure Track Professor of Protein Biochemistry to join our team as an Assistant Professor of Structural Biology and Protein Biochemistry.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead a research group focused on protein biochemistry, with a focus on designing, discovering, and optimizing new methods, technologies, and innovations to further the scientific agenda of Lifescience job. They will contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations, partnerships across the field, and strive for translational sciences excellence. The position involves managing research activities and facilities, maintaining state-of-the-art equipment, and participating in cross-cutting project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Research Leadership & Management: Lead a research group focused on protein biochemistry.
- Fundamental Knowledge: Develop and apply fundamental knowledge of protein biochemistry to solve complex problems.
- Collaborative Leadership: Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations and partnerships across the field.
- Innovative Approaches: Design, discover, and optimize new methods, technologies, and innovations.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD and/or M.D. in a relevant field of biology, with research experience within the field of protein biochemistry. They will also have expertise in computational technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and molecular modeling. The candidate should be able to document their qualifications and experience, as well as demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
