Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Admin Coordinator, supporting our business operations in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to the success of our business and shaping the future of agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Process Management
    • Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contract reviews.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
    • Develop and maintain procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  2. Office Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
    • Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and risk management.
  3. Health, Safety, and Environment Management
    • Implement HSE policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics and fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
    • Arrange first aid, safe driving, and other activities connected to AMO, updating the ECMS and contingency plans as required.
  4. Team Support and Collaboration
    • Provide administrative support to the Management Team, Sales and Supply team, and IT Manager.
    • Assist in organizing company events, team activities, and annual conferences.
    • Coordinate IT office purchases and escalate matters related to shared IT facilities.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  2. Strong understanding of procurement processes and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  3. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  4. Fluent in English, with understanding of Nordic languages.
  5. Great communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and can-do attitude.
  6. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  7. Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
