As our new colleague in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our pilot plants, working closely with production teams to drive systematic problem-solving activities and deviations when equipment breaks down.

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to join our production support team in Bagsværd, Denmark. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Engineering and several years of experience within operating and maintaining plants and/or equipment. Knowledge of GMP and/or working in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry is considered an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new production equipment based on the pilot's future needs, defining maintenance strategies, critical spare parts, and calibration requirements, as well as providing input to SAP. You will also conduct system evaluations and trending of equipment performance, and discontinue and decommission equipment when no longer needed.

We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge within pilot production and equipment used to purify APIs of the future. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including QA, IT & Automation, Calibration, and process technicians.
