Optimizing Spare Parts Inventory through Mechanical Equipment Standardization

At Haldor Topsoe A/S, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence in our operations. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master's student to contribute to the standardization of mechanical equipment across our production sites in Frederikssund.
The primary focus of this thesis project will be on optimizing the stock inventory management practices for critical spare parts. This involves conducting a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical equipment used in our production sites, evaluating current practices, and developing a standardized approach to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SAP (PM, SPP & SCM) is an advantage but not required.
