Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor in Criminal Law to join our team at Aarhus Universitet. The successful candidate will be a leading expert in the field of criminal law, with a strong research track record and a demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students.

The Professor will be responsible for contributing to the development of our research environment, participating in internal and external research groups, and publishing and disseminating academic results. They will also be expected to teach and supervise students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to contribute to the development of our curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of criminal law and procedure, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a strong research background in criminal law, with a demonstrated ability to publish and present their work at international conferences. They must also have excellent teaching and mentoring skills, and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to students and colleagues.

Candidates with a strong track record of securing external funding and leading research projects will be highly valued. They must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
