About the Role
As a High-Performance Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of our Global Quality Assurance and Control (QAQC) team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our quality processes meet the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality processes, drive process improvements, and support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for measurement and calibration, collaborating with the value chain and various levels.
- Refine, deploy, and continuously improve measurement system analysis (MSA) and calibration procedures across the value chain.
- Work with local representatives to incorporate function and local specific requirements into processes and procedures.
- Oversee all measurement activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with Management on the calibration program, including scheduling, documentation, and traceability.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to maintain high standards of measurement accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 5+ years of experience in measurement and calibration.
- ISO 9001 certification with advanced knowledge.
- Six Sigma or Project Management certification is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate and influence others.
