Job Description:
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager with a focus on End Customers to join our Sourcing team at Norlys. As part of a team of 12 colleagues, you will work closely with your two colleagues who have a focus on End Customers. The Sourcing team is located in Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Copenhagen, with some traveling expected to different locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supplier development
  • Collaborating with the business and Category Managers on commercial decisions
  • Participating in weekly category meetings to share priorities and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You have a master's degree or professional background within sourcing. Ideally, you have spent the last few years as a strategic sourcing specialist or sourcing manager and are seeking to explore new opportunities. You have a general understanding of End Customers in procurement and seek to develop this understanding further. Additionally, you are committed and community-oriented, with systematic, structured thinking and excellent communication skills.
