Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform.

This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The focus is on our Global Digitalization Strategy across ERP and CRM including customer facing contract management tools. You will also need to assist on an ad-hoc basis providing expertise on the current running platform AX2012 until it has been replaced with D365.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design: Develop and design technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business requirements and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  2. Implementation: Technical implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including customization, and integration with other systems.
  3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
