Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Lead to drive business growth and develop new sales strategies for Royal Canin in the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering growth with customers in the Nordic region and possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the pet food industry and contribute to the development of new business growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth and develop new sales strategies for Royal Canin in the Nordic region.
  2. Manage a customer portfolio of selected Pet Specialty Retail customers across the Nordics.
  3. Develop and execute activity and promotion plans in line with Royal Canin's brand and channel strategies.
  4. Lead international customer negotiations within the Royal Canin commercial framework.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Several years of customer-facing experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven experience in delivering growth with customers in the Nordic region.
  • Fluency in English and a respective Nordic language is required.
