Vestas, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Advisor to join its dynamic Legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of the renewable energy industry while driving change and shaping future business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and manage intellectual property matters across the value chain.
- Advise on regulatory matters, including EU competition law and various industry-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with university partners and third-party technology development projects.
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Support M&A processes and strategic projects.
- Master's degree in Law.
- +3 years of experience from a major law firm or as an in-house counsel in an international organization.
