Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our Quality department at the Aalborg blade plant. As the primary point of contact for production in matters related to quality and continuous improvements of blades and production processes, you will support the production and manufacturing support teams with quality data, control plans, statistical process control, calibration management, nonconformance handling, and structured problem solving to ensure continuous improvements and effective preventive measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive digital quality management to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency in production.
- Implement QMS (ISO 9001) in a manufacturing environment and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and reduce waste.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and develop corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless quality operations.
Requirements
- Experienced in working with statistics, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvements and driving process efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
