About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ship Propulsion Systems Project Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex marine engine projects from inception to delivery.

Your primary focus will be on technical project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex marine engine projects from start to finish
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering or a related field, combined with excellent project management skills and experience working on complex projects.
