Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing category strategies, driving sourcing activities, and ensuring the contracting process is executed effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate customer strategy into solutions that meet various sourcing criteria.

This position entails actively interacting with relevant parts of the organization, identifying trends and dynamics, and ensuring that sourcing opportunities and risks are identified and addressed. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement or sourcing, with a solid sourcing toolbox and commercial drive.

About the Department

Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk's Product Supply division. We are responsible for securing suppliers who can support Novo Nordisk's worldwide pharmaceutical production.
