To achieve this, we rely on our Customer Onboarding Team, which plays a vital role in setting up our customers' individual Planday platforms according to their needs.

In this role, you will be part of a team focusing on Scandinavian markets and will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the knowledge they need to optimize their scheduling and HR management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Looking after international portfolios of shift-based businesses with a focus on Norwegian customers.
  • Ensuring customer success by providing necessary knowledge and support for simpler and more efficient scheduling and HR management processes.
  • Working with new customers to facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup, and ongoing customer support.
  • Acting as an internal representative of your customers to our internal product/engineering team.
  • Monitoring onboarding customers for the first 12 months and working on reducing churn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional fluency in English and Norwegian.
  • A minimum of one year experience in a Customer Support or Onboarding role or in a leading role within one of our key industries.
  • Understanding of IT systems and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • A driven, creative, respectful, and curious mindset with strong time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while sharing knowledge and success with others.
