Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Automation and IT (AIT) Project Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers, ensuring excellent project governance, and driving customer deliveries.
About the Role
- Lead a team of over 35 highly skilled project managers
- Ensure excellent project governance and successful team collaboration
- Drive department initiatives and ensure employee objectives are met
- Oversee project plans and ensure timely delivery within agreed schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or a similar relevant technical background
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a people manager of a Project Management team or technical specialists
- A solid background as a Project Manager
- Preferably, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in both English and Danish, written and spoken
